my 8 year old nephew just started to learn to build models cars about 3 weeks ago. my brother has not built in years and had a huge box full of unbuilt models that he never touched. zack jumped right into glue kits right away and is learning real quick. when i got more into the swing of building again after my daughter passed away, i told him i would post some of his cars on here from time to time for him so he could show off his hard work. his first one was an amt '64 chevy impala. he painted it ruby red metal flake. the paint packed in by the body lines from spraying to thick, but i expained what he did wrong and he seams to be getting better. i remember my first time painting. he did better than me, but i won't tell him that.
his second car was the amt '62 buick. he painted that 1 some kind of purple. i have no idea where he got it from. and his third was the monogram '55 chevy "badman". feel free to post comments. zack's proud of his cars and wants to show them off. i told him i will show him what people think. thanks.
