Airbrushed my first car today using the testors revving red lacquer decanted from the can to a paint jar. Thinned the paint, air pressure around 16 with a paasche single action with no#5 needle. Problem is that paint has slight orange peel. Question is what causes this? Paint not thinned enough ? Wrong air pressure? Not sure what I did wrong. Going to wet sand it in a couple of days and reshoot some more color this weekend. Anyone have any suggestion before i reshoot.
