Modern 53' or 48' trailers

Hey all, does anyone know if there is a company that makes a 53 or 48 foot modern day trailer with either a Thermo King or Carrier reefer unit on it?? I could probably stretch out a 40 foot trailer if anyone knows where to get just the reefer unit. I would like to model my 1:1 truck and just trying to get ideas on where to start.
